Brad Hotchkiss has been in the hot tub business for over 25 years, starting in Toronto before bringing his experience to Windsor-Essex.
He founded Windsor Hot Tub & Sauna Store on the idea that buying a hot tub should be fast, easy, and simple — with real people, real service, and real experts backing every install.
What started as a satellite store in Devonshire Mall has grown into a full showroom on Walker Road with hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas, plus a second location at 200 St. Arnaud Street in Amherstburg.
Brad is available outside showroom hours too — if you can't get in during the day, give him a call. Customer service is the whole business.

Highly recommend Windsor Hot Tub & Sauna Store! I was looking to purchase my first hot tub, so I went to a few stores in Windsor. In the end, I decided to go with this place as their prices are fair and most importantly, they show genuine care and concern for their customers.
Brad and his Team are amazing. From the moment we walked into the store to the first time we plunged into our Maple 520 Spa, they were very supportive. Communication was amazing. Brad gave us all the confidence that we needed to understand the chemistry of our water.
